The aim of this blog is to share information with the general public about topics related to the field of counseling and psychotherapy.
In the course of this dialogue with the blog community, I hope to stimulate discussion and debate around the topic of mental and behavioral health. As part of this process I intend to share information about my professional development, courses I’ve attended, articles and books I’ve read and films I’ve seen.
Views and opinions expressed on this blog are entirely the author’s own. All relevant source material will be identified and referenced.
There will be no discussion about my clients or my private life.

Should readers, however, be interested in working psychotherapeutically with Mark Redgrave face to face as clients, appointments can be made through the contact section of the website.

In addition to this, in keeping with the dialectic nature of conceptual discourses and truth, my opinions and perspectives may change and evolve over time.
