Problems that I work with include, but are not limited to:
Have you ever found yourself…?
If so, who can you turn to for help?
Maybe you’ve tried to solve these problems by yourself, but they don’t seem to go away. Nothing gives. Nothing changes.
If this is your situation, counselling may be the answer
This is a psychological treatment and is an approach to solving problems in living that involves a number of processes: expression of feelings; exploring how one’s past experiences and relationships negatively (or positively) influence one’s current life; replacing self-defeating thoughts with more positive and productive ones.
As a qualified Integrative Counsellor / Psychotherapist and Art Therapist, my aim has always been to provide the highest quality therapeutic service in a manner that recognises the uniqueness and inestimable value of each individual. I offer a warm, professional and confidential service and provide the option of two forms of treatment: Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. In addition to these verbal approaches I also offer a more creative, nonverbal approach in the form of Art Therapy.
For further information on each of these treatments see treatments offered.
